Author Registration
Participants and authors must complete the registration process in order to attend CITDI 2026. The registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions of the conference, digital conference materials and participation certificates. For accepted papers, registration also ensures inclusion of the article in the conference proceedings.
Registration does not include travel, accommodation or personal transportation expenses.
Note: Author registration fee is the same for
students and regular authors.
(*) For clarity, the registration amounts shown below already include the previously stated 8% administrative and processing fee.

What the Registration Includes
- Author Registration includes:
- ➜ Participation in all conference sessions
- ➜ Digital conference documentation
- ➜ Certificate of participation
- ➜ Certificate of presentation
- ➜ Publication of the accepted paper in the conference proceedings
- ➜ Access to keynote sessions and virtual or on-site sessions
- Listener Registration includes:
- ➜ Access to virtual or on-site sessions
- ➜ Certificate of attendance
Publication Policy
- ➜ At least one author of each accepted paper must register in order to guarantee the inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings
- ➜ Each author registration allows the publication and presentation of one paper
- ➜ Authors who wish to publish additional papers must complete an additional author registration
Important Notes
- ➜ All fees are listed in USD
- ➜ Each registration allows the participation of one person only
- ➜ Registration must be completed before the camera-ready submission deadline
- ➜ Accepted papers must be presented during the conference to remain eligible for publication
- ➜ (*) An extra 8% administrative and processing fee will be added to all registration payments.
