Join the Spotlight: Submit to CITDI 2026.

The Congress on Information Technologies and Digital Innovation (CITDI 2026) invites researchers, academics, industry professionals and practitioners to submit original research contributions addressing advances in digital technologies and intelligent systems.

Submissions may present theoretical developments, applied research, experimental studies or innovative technological applications.

Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research contributions for presentation at CITDI 2026. Submissions must not be simultaneously under review by any other conference or journal.

All manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Authors must remove names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and any identifying information from the submitted PDF.

Types of Contributions

  • ➜ English, following the Springer LNCS format


 

Papers written in English

  • ➜ Must follow the Springer LNCS formatting guidelines
  • ➜ Length: 10 to 12 pages (all content included)
  • ➜ Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased if needed
  • ➜ All papers must be submitted in PDF format
  • ➜ The submission portal will be announced on the official conference website
  • ➜ At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference to ensure inclusion in the final publication

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • ➜ Originality and contribution to the field
  • ➜ Scientific and technical quality
  • ➜ Methodological soundness
  • ➜ Clarity and readability
  • ➜ Relevance to the conference tracks

Only the highest-rated papers will be invited to deliver an oral presentation.

Authors selected for presentation will be assigned:

  • ➜ 10 minutes for oral presentation
  • ➜ 5 minutes for Q&A

Not being selected for presentation does not affect the publication of accepted papers.

Paper Publication

English-Language Papers

Papers written in English may be published in an EAI/Springer Innovations in Communication and Computing (EAISICC) volume.

The EAISICC series is indexed in:

Publication Requirements
  • ➜ Acceptance is conditional upon successful peer review
  • ➜ At least one author must register for the conference to secure publication
  • ➜ Final camera-ready versions must strictly adhere to the formatting guidelines of the corresponding publisher
